    • The Senior Banker I representation of Middlesex Savings Bank to the public and colleagues.
    • Promote the Bank's core values and mission through customer focus and operational excellence.

    Responsibilities

    • Customer Experience - Understand and address customer needs, develop new business, and maintain strong relationships.
    • Operational Excellence - Ensure quality work, display technical knowledge, and comply with compliance protocols.
    • Teamwork - Actively contribute to the branch team and support a positive work environment.
    • Credibility - Manage time effectively, demonstrate flexibility, and support strategic goals.
    • Decision Making - Make consistent decisions aligned with the Bank's values and standards.
    • Miscellaneous - Assist in caretaking branch facilities and provide exceptional service.

    Qualifications

    • Education - High School Diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
    • Experience - Minimum 18 months in a similar customer service position within banking.
    • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Proficiency in basic math, strong attention to detail, intermediate technology skills required.
    • Licenses and Certifications - Must obtain Notary Public designation within 6 months.
