Flagship of the Wisconsin State Technical College system, Madison is a multi-campus college with extensive Telepresence and other Distance Learning technology. Madison pioneered use of Telepresence in Higher Education and needed a leader to oversee upgrading and implementing newer technology. 

• Solutions Architect/PM for Video Conferencing and Collaborations needs including present and future plans. Evaluated best available solutions as Solutions Architect to implement replacement of existing Telepresence systems and created the plan for ongoing maintenance of existing rooms during the transition. As PM, oversaw all implementation, coordinating with AV Integrators, installers and Facilities.
• Created and developed a roadmap to integrate and unify all AV technologies across the school in order to lay a foundation for increasing incorporation of VTC, Video, Streaming, Capturing and Collaboration.
• Worked closely with the Facilities team on all construction details.
• Worked closely with all stakeholders: IT, PMO, Support, Administration, Faculty, Facilities and the student body to ensure the best solutions were used, keeping in mind user experience and ease of use.
