to provide social pedagogical support for our employees with support needs in our inclusion companies in Mainz, Ingelheim, and Jugenheim.

Your tasks:

Company social work and social pedagogical support and crisis intervention for employees with disabilities in our inclusion companies
Management of individual processes of work integration
Development and assurance of pedagogical standards in cooperation with the inclusion companies
Cooperation with funding agencies, integration services, vocational support services, integration offices, etc.
Development and implementation of seminars and trainings for the target group
