Trainee program for commercial business manager (m/f/d)

The world of KARE home trends is diverse. Just as diverse are the areas in which you can work as a commercial business manager in retail. At KARE, you will take on business tasks in the shop or department in wholesale with independent responsibility, including sales control, creativity and marketing processes, e-commerce, purchasing and ordering, warehouse management, and customer service.

Training:

Each year, KARE offers 2-4 training positions in Munich. The training with IHK certification takes 35 months and includes the state-recognized qualifications of retail merchant or wholesale and foreign trade management, training as a trainer, and commercial business manager. (*)

*) Gender doesn't matter, as long as you are motivated

During this time, you will get to know all areas of work by rotating through different KARE shops or departments. The KARE home boutiques and furniture stores offer very different environments.
