The HK Cosmetic Packaging GmbH, with over 150 employees, produces packaging for the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry in New Lebanon.

We are currently seeking a Machine Setter (m/f/d) for Decoration and Assembly Machines to join our production team.

Your responsibilities:

  • Setting up and adjusting screen printing machines to ensure timely processing of customer orders
  • Monitoring the production process
  • Identifying and resolving complex functional and printing issues
  • Performing preventive maintenance and repairs on assembly equipment and its peripherals
  • Conducting and implementing quality and production control from production release to final product inspection
  • Optimizing production and quality processes
  • Ensuring compliance with customer specifications and maintaining a clean and organized work area

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training as a toolmaker or industrial mechanic, or a similar technical education
  • Work experience in a production facility with injection molding, assembly, or UV printing equipment in the plastics industry
  • Commitment, flexibility, and reliability
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation
  • Good knowledge of German, both written and spoken
