Your Profile
Completed commercial vocational training, preferably with additional qualification as a personnel specialist or payroll specialist or relevant degree
Knowledge of labor, social security, and tax law
Ideally, SAP knowledge in the HCM area
Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style
Passion for all HR-related topics
Strong service mindset combined with a high level of empathy and communication skills

Your Tasks
Advising and supporting managers and employees in all personnel-related matters within a designated employee group
Ensuring smooth HR processes in the designated support area (from entry to exit)
Conducting individual personnel measures (hiring, transfers, warnings, fixed-term contracts, issuing references, etc.)
Preparing and conducting monthly payroll and its follow-up activities via SAP
Participating in shaping and optimizing modern HR processes and contributing to projects
