Your responsibilities:


  • Telephone customer service
  • Classification of all telephone and written inquiries
  • Product advice during inbound calls
  • Maintenance and updating of customer files
  • Maintenance of standard reports
  • Identification and redirection of disruptions
  • Support of other units with written tasks when hotline is not busy
  • Conducting tests as part of software releases

What you bring:


  • Completed commercial training, such as office clerk, industrial clerk, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the field of telephone customer service preferred
  • High level of service and customer orientation
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Structured and reliable work style
