Description
As part of the organizing team, you will support the further development of our department and ensure the smooth operation of postal services for our project clients in Neu Isenburg, Medina (no temporary work).
WHAT TO EXPECT
- You will check incoming and outgoing documents and courier shipments.
- You will be responsible for sorting mail, both fine and coarse, as well as internal and external messenger tasks, and possibly courier trips.
- You will enter necessary data into our systems and perform general office tasks.
- You will collect incoming and outgoing mail or packages and load the vehicle.
WHAT YOU BRING
- You have experience working in a post office or similar role.
- You have solid computer skills and good knowledge of German.
- You have good English skills (but they are not a requirement).
- You have good manners, reliability, and a quick understanding.
- You are a communicative and friendly team player.
