Your Profile:

You have extensive knowledge and practical experience in a Head of HR / People role in a service company
You have previous leadership experience and know how to support and develop both your team and our managers
You have a positive and openminded attitude, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to empathize with others quickly
You are an excellent communicator and organizational talent, and with your flexibility and creativity, you can quickly develop and implement solutions
Fluent German language skills complete your profile

Your Responsibilities:

You are responsible for all personnelrelated topics: from inhouse recruiting, administration, and labor law to personnel and leadership development, feedback, and company culture, to office management
You support and develop your team of five great employees (recruiting, HR management, administration, and administration)
You shape and oversee the personnel and organizational strategy at biac Medizin & Soz
