Your contribution to the team
You will receive a diverse training through "training on the job" and internal training events.

You will be prepared for and take the exams for Insurance Specialist (IHK) and Financial Investment Specialist (DVA) in your first year.

You will actively assist our customers in the field by providing advice on insurance, building savings, wealth creation, and capital investments.

You will analyze the customer's needs and respond accordingly.

You will manage a fixed customer base and acquire new customers for Debeka.
