Caregiver for Consultation Assignments (m/f/d)

Your task:

As a caregiver for consultation according to § 37.3 SGB XI, you visit recipients of care allowance at home and get an idea of the care situation. Through your nursing advice and practical tips, you strengthen the quality of home care. You are also a competent contact person for questions from care recipients and their caregivers and check the provision of care. You conduct your consultations as a home visit or via video call.

Your profile:

  • You are a qualified caregiver (m/f/d) and ideally have professional experience in outpatient care.
  • You enjoy traveling in your region and have a class B driver's license.
  • You are empathetic and reliable in your demeanor and know how to put the clients and their needs at the center of your conversation.
  • You are familiar with digital applications.
  • You are looking for meaningful work with social relevance.
