ACCOUNTANT / PROPERTY MANAGER / CONDOMINIUM MANAGER (M/F/D)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Independent responsibility for the management of our residential and commercial units
Marketing and new leasing of residential and commercial units
Conducting tenant and owner correspondence
Preparation and execution of apartment viewings, handovers, and inspections
Preparation of operating cost and homeowner association statements/budget
Preparation of rent increases
Commissioning and coordination of maintenance/repairs
