In our Law Services in Hannover, you will provide cross-location advice to national and international companies on economic legal issues.

Using your in-depth legal knowledge, you will take on a variety of tasks:

Support in economic legal advice for national and international companies
Accompanying clients in their daytoday business and maintaining longterm contacts
Direct involvement in project and client work
Drafting of pleadings, contracts, legal opinions, etc.
Legal research, e.g. in the areas of Corporate M&A / Corporate Law, general civil and civil procedural law, IT / IP, and other economically influenced areas

This position is to be filled immediately for at least 6 months.

What you bring - Skills to shape the future

Degree in law and completed First State Examination
Good legal and economic understanding and interest in the field of commercial law
Analytical skills and careful work ethic
Commitment, teamwork, and a strong sense of responsibility
Excellent communication skills in German and English
