"Monday morning, 8 am, the first member arrives at the studio, we talk about our weekend and think about how we can make the next Friday evening even better to build 5kg of muscle mass faster. Before the training, we drink a large glass of lemon water and then it's time for 20 minutes of full throttle. Exercises are explained and optimized. Of course, they are also intensified to get the most out of the training. The music gets louder, we sweat and I motivate my member to give it their all. Finally, we did it, a high five, two radiant faces and a great start to the week"
