  • You manage and configure our cloud solutions and managed services

  • You help our customers remotely or on-site with technical support when needed

You've got this:

  • You have completed training in the IT field or have several years of professional experience as a career changer
  • Your in-depth knowledge of help desk and server structure administration helps you find solutions
  • You have experience with Microsoft servers and clients, and ideally also with Linux
  • You are up to date on current security-related topics and monitoring solutions
  • You work independently, solution-oriented, and in a structured manner
  • Your strong teamwork and communication skills set you apart
