Your training

To get to know the full range of tasks and find out what you excel at, you will rotate through all of our commercial departments during your training. You may even have the opportunity to gain experience in one of our international branches?
You will be part of a team of trainees and in addition to commercial content, our weekly "trainee round" will also teach you project and presentation skills. Together, you will regularly work on a task and have fun, such as on our annual outing. You will enjoy this training if you enjoy working with people, want to take on responsibility, and contribute to a team.
