We are looking for a dedicated IT system administrator (m/f/d) to support our team and take on a variety of tasks in the field of IT infrastructure and user support. As part of our team, you will be responsible for handling incident reports, providing support to users, and performing the installation and configuration of hardware and software. Additionally, you will manage the entire IT infrastructure, perform patch management, and handle service calls in-house.

Your tasks - What to expect

  • Handling incoming incident reports (phone, email, ticket)
  • 1st & 2nd level user and application support
  • Installation and configuration of hardware, software, and peripheral devices
  • Management of the entire infrastructure, including M365 tenant and Active Directory services
  • Patch management and deployment
  • In-house service calls

Your profile - What sets you apart

  • Completed education in the IT field or equivalent experience
  • Good knowledge of Windows operating systems (especially Windows 11/Server 2016)
  • Advanced knowledge of networking techniques (switching, routing, firewall, VLANs)
  • Experience in telephone customer support (1st level support/ITSM & 2nd level support)
  • Basic knowledge of VMare, Active Directory, and iOS
