In our customer support teams, you will primarily be responsible for answering complex customer inquiries about our online accounting solutions. Through close contact with our customers, our colleagues in these areas are important partners for the development and improvement of our products.

These are the tasks:

You are responsible for answering complex customer inquiries by phone and in writing, with a focus on our online accounting solutions (Unternehmen online). This also includes cross-cutting topics such as user and rights management.
You flexibly carry out all service activities, meaning you decide which service channel to use based on the current service situation and in consultation with your colleagues.
You actively and proactively work with your team colleagues to shape and optimize service processes.
You support the development and optimization of our products through your expertise and service experience.
You participate in continuous knowledge and information management and continuously deepen your expertise to provide the best possible advice to our customers.
