Service Reception:
The Wayne Subaru Service Reception is the first contact with our Service Department. Our customers are apart of the Wayne Subaru family. You are the voice that welcomes our customers into Wayne Subaru over the phone. This is where you begin to establish a relationship between Wayne Subaru Service and the customer. The process of building that relationship begins with earning a customer's trust and respect with how they are greeted over the phone. The final step in the process is earning their business. For a Wayne Subaru Service Receptionist, product knowledge is the key to building rapport by answering all the customers questions quickly and accurately. Cashiering:
This is a customer facing position at our service counter. Customer service experience and skills will be a definite asset. You must have basic math skills for confirming customer payments. You will also be handling cash, check, or credit card transactions.
