Are you a care assistant, nursing professional, or career changer living in Pollard, AR? Would you prefer to support only one person with calmness in basic care, household tasks, meal preparation, daily activities, and leisure activities, instead of caring for multiple people in a stressful and time-pressured environment (which often involves driving between locations)?


I, Elvira, 63 years old, am currently looking for additional support for my team in full-time, part-time, or on a mini-job basis.

The position will be directly with me.

Availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts is required.

The hourly wage is 16€ gross, plus night (+25%), Saturday (+20%), Sunday (+25%), and holiday (+35%) surcharges.

Previous experience in care is preferred but not mandatory. More important to me is life experience and an equal level of communication.

I am looking for someone who can work independently and take responsibility, but not replace my mind, only my arms and legs.

I am in a wheelchair, but a lift is available for transfers. Due to my speech disorder, please be patient when listening to me.

I live with my cat, so it would be great if you are an animal lover. I spend a lot of time in the garden, so we will work together there as well.

You will also support me outside of my home with tasks such as doctor's appointments, shopping, or going for coffee.
