We are looking for a proactive and assertive leader for the operational processing of customer orders in the sales area of photovoltaics and renewable energies, from procurement to delivery and payment receipt, for our headquarters in Freiburg.

Your tasks

Longterm planning in coordination with sales and business development for quantity requirements, personnel resources, and warehouse and logistics capacities
Planning and coordination of long and shortterm procurement with purchasing
Forecast planning for execution capacities such as picking and delivery dates
Forecast and prioritization of customer orders in coordination with sales and customers
Optimization of processes and IT tools (e.g. merchandise management system enVenta and CRM Salesforce)

Your profile

Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business
Several years of sales experience, preferably in the field of photovoltaics and renewable energies
Experience in creating plans/analyses/forecasts
Knowledge of operational processes from procurement to payment receipt
Selfinitiative, assertiveness, perseverance, and communication skills
