We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced HR professional to support our Regional Management team in our Halle (S.) branch.

Your responsibilities:

As the HR specialist, you will be responsible for handling complex personnel matters from entry to exit, in compliance with applicable laws, collective bargaining agreements, and company policies
You will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
You will monitor deadlines in the HR processes, perform general HR administrative tasks such as payroll checks, absence management, and reporting
You will be the point of contact for the Regional Management team, managers, employees, health insurance companies, and employment agencies
In collaboration with the Regional Management team, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of the HR department

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent training as a personnel clerk or similar commercial training
Several years of professional experience in HR, particularly in payroll processing
Good knowledge
