As part of our growth, we are looking for reinforcements in the Knauf Interfer Group.


Your tasks:

  • Preparing, setting up and operating machines and industrial robots
  • Controlling a highly automated production line for automotive products
  • Processing and inspecting workpieces for quality assurance
  • Troubleshooting machine and equipment malfunctions and suggesting process improvements
  • Participation and implementation of preventive maintenance
  • Carrying out corrective measures within the scope of responsibilities
  • Responsible for implementing occupational safety standards and maintaining cleanliness in the plant area
  • Compliance with legal and company regulations and rules
  • Participation in production meetings
  • Monitoring work processes and their execution while adhering to guidelines (quality, quantity, deadlines)
  • Making bookings in the ERP system
  • Reporting malfunctions and deviations from production goals
  • Ensuring and creating production documentation
  • Participation and support in the implementation of process optimizations

Your profile:

  • Completed 3 1⁄2year technical training focus on machining (CNC)
  • Professional experience in working with PCcontrolled systems
  • Good knowledge of operating machines and equipment
  • Knowledge of operating robot systems is an advantage (e.g. KUKA / FANUC)
  • Reliability, teamwork, flexibility, goal orientation, and high selfmotivation
