Our client is a specialized law firm in the field of business and tax law, with a focus on corporate acquisitions.

They have over 150 lawyers and tax advisors serving national and international clients.

For their location in Berlin, they are currently seeking an HR Generalist (m/f/d) to join their team.


Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and managing the entire recruiting process for backoffice positions in collaboration with our HR team in Munich
  • Creating and posting job advertisements
  • Managing and conducting the onboarding process in collaboration with the office management
  • Supporting and being the first point of contact for employees in Berlin regarding HR matters
  • Independently creating and maintaining statistics
  • Networking with relevant partners in the recruiting field
  • Various administrative tasks in collaboration with our HR team in Munich
  • Developing new topics and expanding existing ones

Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a personnel clerk or similar qualification
  • Ideally, several years of relevant work experience in a similar position (preferably in a consulting firm/law firm)
  • Basic knowledge of labor law
  • Networking skills combined with a confident demeanor
  • Strong customer service orientation, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team
  • Independent and solutionoriented work style
  • Excellent communication skills in German and good written and spoken English skills
