We're looking for a Central Archive Employee (m/f/d) with a weekly working time of 30 hours starting on 01/01/2023.

The City Hospital Görlitz is an academic teaching hospital of the Technical University of Dresden and the largest primary care provider east of Dresden.

We are also the health market leader and the largest employer in the region.

Each year, we care for over 65,000 inpatients and outpatients in 17 specialist clinics, two institutes, and five subsidiary companies.

Our hospital has 634 inpatient and day care treatment places, as well as a wide range of outpatient services including extensive collaborations.

Your tasks:

Archiving of patient records
Acquisition of documents
Control of documents
Reproduction of medical records
Conducting research
Preparation of files and digitization according to specifications

Your profile:

Good computer skills
Careful work ethic, organizational skills, and flexibility
Experience in archiving is desirable
