- LCPC or LCSW-C certification
- Proven experience in mental health program management

- In-depth knowledge of mental health regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- 3 years or more of supervisory experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Experience in behavioral health assessments, treatment/discharge planning, and evaluation of outcome-based system measures
- Extensive knowledge of the public behavioral health system
- Professional communication and collaboration skills and relationships across disciplines, settings, and situations
- Responsiveness & initiative to facilitate system integration and expansion efforts
- Experience with independently taking new tasks and responsibilities in a proactive way
- Able to make productive contributions through talent, knowledge, skills, and good work habits
- Knowledgeable of how to access treatment and/or services
- Experience in cultivating supportive relationships and community networking skills
- Ability to interact in a virtual environment
- Strong writing skills and verbal communication skills
- Experienced in public speaking and presentations

- Effective computer skills. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the OMHC program
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance program effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with mental health regulations and standards
- Foster a positive work environment that prioritizes client well-being
- Collaborate with staff to deliver quality mental health services
