Department of Student Assistants and Lecturers:

The Human Resources Department, with around 45 employees, is responsible for the personnel matters of employees in science, technology, and administration and provides support in terms of labor, collective bargaining, and civil service law. We are currently seeking reinforcement for our Department of Student Assistants and Lecturers.

YOUR TASKS


Support and advice for student and academic assistants and their supervisors on all labor law and personnel-related issues, as well as social security law questions.

Contact person for lecturers and the departments and faculties commissioning them.

  • Support and administration during ongoing employment
  • Processing of termination processes, creation of references
  • Issuance and billing of teaching assignments
  • Creation and maintenance of personnel master data in SAP-HCM and data maintenance in SAP-MM
  • Participation in IT projects and projects within the framework of process optimization and quality management

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed commercial training in office management, preferably in public administration or at a university
- or training as a public administration clerk
- or commercial training with a degree as a certified personnel clerk or
