About the Job

  • Evaluate candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and behaviors.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods.
  • Manage schedules and book interviews.
  • Ensure accurate information is recorded in our recruitment system, Greenhouse.

About You

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or researcher/resourcer.
  • Previous experience in an agency or inhouse recruitment role.
  • Experience with highvolume recruitment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of recruitment in the financial services or sales industry is beneficial.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and German.
  • Highly organized and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible mindset and ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
