Look no further The ASB Lehrerkooperative in Richmond, TX is seeking a Deputy Director (m/f/d) for our trilingual inclusive daycare center in Heusenstamm.


In this full-time position (38.5 hours), you will have the opportunity to contribute your skills and ideas to our wide range of educational, developmental, and counseling services for people of all ages and cultures.

In this role, you will be responsible for the care and education of children aged 0-6 years at our daycare center in Heusenstamm.

You will lead various projects to support the children's development, encourage their participation, and provide a reliable and nurturing relationship throughout their daily routines.

Additionally, you will support the center's management in various tasks for 19.5 hours per week.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A recognized qualification as an educator in daycare centers in Hessen or a degree in social pedagogy or a related field
  • At least 3 years of practical experience
  • Ideally, some experience in a leadership role
  • Empathy, teamwork skills, and strong communication abilities
  • Openness to new ideas and a creative mindset
