At various locations, we offer annual training positions at Silver Creek. Our trainees' exam results have consistently ranked at the top in our IHK district for years. Start your career on August 1, 2024 at our branches. Your task is to provide comprehensive customer advice.

You will learn about the different aspects of banking in our branches and specialized departments, and from the first day of your training, you will be close to our customers.

Independent and responsible work is highly valued from the beginning, especially during your time at our trainee competence centers. Throughout your training, we offer practical seminars, communication training, and targeted exam preparation at our training center in Essen.
