What to expect?

As an internationally operating IT specialist, we are looking for you as a working student (m/f/d) in onsite support in our modern, hybrid work culture for our location in Leipzig with the flexibility to work remotely, for example from home.

What tasks await you?

You will be deployed as a specialist (m/f/d) in 1st / 2nd level at the service point and back office and responsible for ensuring our onsite services at our customer locations

You will handle various and extensive tasks in a given system environment, for which the solution paths are generally known and must be selected and applied accordingly

You will actively participate in projects and communicate with the customer on a professional level in the context of agreed SLAs

You will become familiar with project, customer and location-specific responsibilities (professional participation in projects / partial project management)

You will support end devices in a complex, networked environment (PCs, mobile
