Description

Working closely with the construction management team, you will be responsible for preparing, managing, and executing construction projects in both high and low-rise building. You will independently and responsibly monitor the performance and quality of the employees and subcontractors. Ensuring compliance with relevant accident prevention regulations and health protection measures is also an important part of your job. Ongoing training and development opportunities will ensure that your knowledge is up-to-date.

You will work on construction sites primarily located within daily driving distance from our company headquarters in Untersiemau. A company bus or truck will be provided for your use.

Requirements:

You have completed training as a construction foreman/supervisor or foreman for high/low-rise construction and ideally have previous experience in these leadership positions. Alternatively, you may be a junior foreman/supervisor and receive comprehensive training from our experienced foremen on larger construction sites in the region for approximately 1-2 years. You enjoy working independently and taking responsibility, while also possessing strong teamwork skills. You are dedicated, assertive, reliable, and able to handle pressure.
