Here's what you can expect:

As the Team Leader of Application Services, you and your team are the driving force behind the smooth operation and continuous optimization of our company applications.

You are responsible for the further development of application management for JobRad. Through monitoring and optimization, you ensure the performance and scalability of our company applications. You also manage and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted application operation. You identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies to keep our applications up to date. You provide guidance and direction to your team, make decisions, and represent them within the organization. You are responsible for the strategic development of topics based on OKRs. You support your team members in their professional and personal development. You also manage resources and capacities within your team.

Here's what you bring to the table:
You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification. You have several years of experience in application management, including the conception and implementation of application management. Ideally, you have experience in coordinating projects and effective change management in the application environment. You have experience in disciplinary leadership of employees, preferably in an agile
