- Project Management:
- Develop, manage and execute work plans, deliverables and project reports/updates.
- Collaborate with management to set project/operational priorities, resources and risks.
- Project Execution:
- Manage project execution including milestones, documentation, schedules, roles, responsibilities and progress.
- Complete post-project evaluations to determine project outcomes.
- Develop tools and processes to support projects and division operations.
- Data Collection, Analysis and Reporting:
- Coordinate and perform data collection (e.g., databases, surveys).
- Conduct basic qualitative and quantitative analysis and communicate results.
- Identify opportunities for data reporting and collaborate to facilitate data requests.
- Assist with other operational needs including professional practice evaluations (OPPEs), provider letters and scorecards.
- Communication:
- Manage communications and relationships with project stakeholders.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings and coach project team members.
- Provide education on project management, improvement tools and methodologies.
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Master's Degree Preferred
- At least two (2) years relevant project coordination / management experience Required
- in a healthcare or research related environment Preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Project Management Body of Knowledge guidelines (PMBOK) including productivity tools, project charters, work plans and budgets.
- Intermediate knowledge of quality improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Basic knowledge of electronic medical record software (EPIC)
- Intermediate proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office) including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

A Brief Overview
This role will coordinate and manage projects for clinical and research teams and departments. This role also will assist to standardize processes, implement improvements and support other operational needs throughout the division.
Within the Craig-Dalsimer Division of Adolescent Medicine, this role with serve as a leader on two projects dedicated to improving health equity among vulnerable populations.
50% of this position will work with Dr. Renata Sanders' R01 grant, with a focus on developing, evaluating, and implementing interventions to reach, engage, and improve the lives of vulnerable youth 11-24 years old who have a substance use or mental health disorder and are at-risk for or living with HIV.
50% of this position will work with Dr. Krishna White and the A-START Program. A-START is an interdisciplinary team focused on a youth and strengths-based family-centered approach to Substance Use Disorder care for adolescents who cannot be seen in the adult system. A-START will create a foundation and build capacity to close the gap and support our clinical staff for the patients who seek care at CHOP.
The Craig-Dalsimer Division of Adolescent Medicine provides comprehensive care for youth aged 11 to 24. Our aim is to provide high-quality medical care to youth throughout the adolescent years, with a focus on respecting individuality, supporting physical and emotional growth and development, and educating and empowering teens to ultimately take ownership of their healthcare and life decisions. Our research focuses on developing, evaluating and implementing interventions to reach, engage, and improve the lives of vulnerable youth 11 to 24 years old.
