    Description
    We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our West Regional Finance Team in San Francisco.

    This is an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in a career in Accounting and Finance who has a hunger for learning and wants to join an organization that will provide opportunities for growth.


    Responsibilities:
    Participate in month end close, including preparation of journal entries and deal review.
    Ensure revenue is recognized in accordance with ASC 606 guidelines.
    Assist with the preparation of monthly financial decks for regional business line.
    Maintain Accounts Receivables and other Balance Sheet accounts providing monthly commentary for unresolved items.
    Organize and maintain data collection, reporting and communication.
    Ad hoc requests as needed.
    Provide exceptional customer service.


    Qualifications/Key Competencies:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
    Up to 2 years relevant experience.
    Basic knowledge and understanding of accounting principles (e.g. Debits & Credits, Balance Sheet, Income Statement) including technical skills.
    Strong organizational and analytical skills.
    Experience with PeopleSoft a plus.
    Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

    Ability to:
    Work effectively in a team environment.
    Work independently and meet deadlines.
    Communicate effectively across all levels.
    Work with confidential/sensitive information.
    Must be a self-starter and proactive with a desire to learn and ask questions.
