We are currently looking for a Commercial Clerk (m/f/d) to join our team in Island Falls, ME as soon as possible.

What do we do? We are a traditional advertising agency, but instead of designing flyers, logos, banners, and websites, we specialize in digital marketing, particularly in the crafts industry.

Your responsibilities with us:

Performing traditional commercial, administrative, and organizational tasks, such as monitoring and coordinating deadlines and appointments, writing and maintaining letters, emails, notes, and protocols, as well as recording and tracking followups
Assisting with secretarial and administrative tasks
Processing data in Excel
Direct and telephone contact with customers regarding organizational matters
Monitoring office supplies and running errands

Salary: 2,500 euros per month (gross). Opportunities for further development and advancement in the coming years are available.
