The
Cirer Manufaktur is a small company for nature-inspired jewelry, founded in 2013 by Carme Cirer in Berlin and now grown into a team of 3 women.

All jewelry pieces are handcrafted in our workshop in Kreuzberg using traditional goldsmith techniques. We primarily sell online and occasionally at craft markets or directly from our studio in the Graefekiez neighborhood.


We are looking for a part-time employee (m/f/d) in
Woxall, PA (approximately 8-12 hours/week) to assist with the organization, management, and sales of our online shop.


Your RESPONSIBILITIES with us:

1.

Online Shop Sales:
Processing, packaging, and shipping orders.
Providing personal and empathetic responses to emails and messages.
Answering customer inquiries over the phone.

Online Shop Maintenance (Etsy and Shopify):
Listing and editing new items in online shops.
Writing and revising texts in German and English.

In addition to the main tasks, there are other areas where you can contribute based on your skills and interests.

We can discuss and potentially increase hours for these areas as our collaboration develops:


  • Preparing monthly VAT returns.
  • Managing our Instagram account: regularly posting and responding to messages and comments.
  • SEO for our Shopify website.
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics.
