Your Responsibilities:

Preparing and implementing personnel measures

  • Prepare, coordinate, and implement hiring, terminations, salary changes, job classifications, and other personnel measures in accordance with collective bargaining, company, and legal regulations.
  • Conduct preselection of applicants based on documents.
  • Propose hiring compensation.
  • Make job classifications and reclassifications for clear cases. Conduct exit interviews. Provide information on internal and external regulations.
Preparing and evaluating actions

  • Prepare and carry out monthly payroll accounting in compliance with company, tax, and social security regulations.
  • Record and maintain personnel files and master data.
  • Review and, if necessary, correct documents to prepare for regular personnel actions (e.g. salary changes, performance evaluations). Monitor actions and evaluate results statistically.
  • Provide and analyze internal and external reports.
  • Manage and conduct regular personnel planning processes.
  • Correspond with external organizations such as authorities, social security agencies, auditors, chambers of commerce, etc.
Processing employment contracts

  • Support employees from entry to exit.
  • Fill out employment contracts, send them out, and monitor returns. Determine costs associated with hiring and set reimbursements. Assist with finding rooms and apartments. Request work documents. Support with data entry. Formulate and coordinate references.

Your Profile:


  • Completed commercial training (e.g. as a personnel clerk, office clerk, industrial clerk) ideally with specialized training in human resources or equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in personnel and payroll.
