What you will do:


  • As branch manager, you will be responsible for the economic success, development, and growth of our new branch in Bad Hersfeld, which will be run as a profit center.
  • You will acquire clients and employees and build longterm and successful relationships.
  • As a communicative branch manager, you will motivate and lead your team with respect and on an equal footing.
  • Based on your own sales success, you will support and lead your sales team to outstanding performance.
  • Through planning, controlling, and monitoring operational activities, you will ensure the quality standards of Tempton.
  • You will be responsible for the revenue and budget of your branch in Bad Hersfeld.
