Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the security management, including BCM and occupational safety
  • You will ensure compliance with the required level of security and the achievement of security goals within the company
  • You will conduct business impact analysis (BIA) and monitor the creation and updating of emergency plans
  • You will ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standards and coordinate external certification audits
  • You will plan and conduct internal and external inspections and audits in the areas of security and risk management, including documentation and preparation of results
  • You will independently develop and create concepts, documentation, and guidelines for security subprocesses and continuously improve them
  • You will prepare reports, presentations, and decision templates and present them to executives and management
  • You will be responsible for planning, preparing, and conducting training and awareness measures
  • You will be responsible for developing, collecting, and reporting key figures for process control and improvement
Your Profile

  • You have experience in security management, emergency and crisis management, and/or occupational safety
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex information to clients are among your core competencies
  • Your analytical and conceptual thinking enables you to work independently and in a structured manner
  • You are interested in taking on a leadership role within the team
