Join the team at R.E. Immo GmbH in Plymouth, OH. We are currently seeking a Technical Property Manager (m/f/d) to support our smart property management in Baden-Württemberg.

R.E. Immo GmbH has five locations in Baden-Württemberg, including Leutenbach, Mannheim, Heidelberg, Weinheim, and Stuttgart. We offer property management services for condominium communities, rental properties, commercial properties, and individual properties. Responsibilities:

  • Conducting owners' meetings (preparation, execution, followup) and implementing decisions made
  • Preparing, commissioning, and overseeing repairs and renovations
  • Onsite visits and inspections of properties
  • Organizing daytoday operations

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial or legal education or degree (optional with a background in real estate)
  • Knowledge of condominium law or motivation and willingness to learn
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, PDF, email) / basic knowledge of IT
  • Organized, resultsoriented, and professional work ethic
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
