R.P. Marzilli has been installing and maintaining New England's finest residential landscapes since 1985.

We are seeking landscape professionals who have a passion for plant health care to join our team and deliver outstanding service to our clients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and diagnose insect, disease, and cultural issues on turf of client's properties
Adhere to best Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices
Communicate turf needs on specific properties to Division Manager and/or Account Managers
Follow a route to efficiently visit multiple properties each day and effectively complete tasks at each property

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must possess valid Driver's License with clean driving record

Must possess current MA and RI Pesticide License or ability to obtain them prior to employment

Field experience with comparable position is much preferred
Degree relevant to the field (turf management, plant pathology, etc) is preferred
Willingness to work in all types of weather (heat, rain, cold)
Willingness to work some Saturdays as workload and weather during busiest times of year may dictate
Strong problemsolving skills
Ability to stay motivated and work efficiently, often as a oneperson crew
A strong passion for and dedication to enhancing the quality of the turf on the properties we take care of

COMPENSATION & BENEFIT PACKAGE:

- $23-$28/hour (rate is dependent on experience and qualifications)
