Job DescriptionR.P. Marzilli & Company is an award-winning professional landscape firm that builds and maintains ultra high-end residential landscapes in the Greater Boston, Cape and Islands, and Rhode Island/Eastern Connecticut areas. Our teams are passionate about their work and dedicated to the landscape profession.
The primary duties of a Site Crew Leader are ensuring high quality production, developing highly productive and well-skilled crews, and cultivating strong relationships with landscape architects (LA), general contractors (GC), and clients. The Site Crew Leader operates top quality heavy equipment used for site development, installation of masonry, planting and other elements of the landscape plan. Regularly supervises the activities of crews ranging from 3 to 6 people. Maintaining a close partnership with the Project Manager (PM) in supporting their efforts and developing the skill sets to become Assistant Project Manager. You must lead, organize, teach and motivate your crew to work in a focused way at a consistently solid pace. You must keep the site organized and communicate well with your crew, Project Manager, and company Administration and Management.
