Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the management team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's vision and business objectives. Identify target audiences and implement effective marketing tactics to drive growth and brand awareness. Identify, track and measure the impact of marketing programs.

Digital Marketing: Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including website management and social media campaigns. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize results. Coordinate with our social media management agency.

Publications: Maintain strong relationships with home & garden publications. Manage our print advertising program, design print ads and coordinate with publications.

Creative Direction: Coordinate with photographers and videographers to capture in-progress and final work on properties. Organize and manage a media library.

Brand Management: Ensure a consistent and compelling brand image across all marketing channels. Develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital assets, that reflect our values and quality of services.

Award Submissions: Write, submit, and manage award submissions.

Event Planning: Organize and execute marketing events, such as trade shows, community outreach programs, and client appreciation events, to strengthen customer engagement and foster business relationships.

Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure that all marketing activities deliver measurable ROI.

National Group Coordination: Stay connected with marketing and IT colleagues at and within the Mariani Premier Group to share best practices and coordinate marketing strategies and initiatives.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will be considered.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in marketing, preferably in the highend home and landscape industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and brand aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with the landscaping industry and/or ecological land care practices is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining close communication with colleagues and leadership.
