    Description

    Who We Are:

    USCS is driven to advance, innovate and serve companies seeking the best service, facilities, and logistics in the cold chain.

    Maintenance MON-FRI 6:00am-2:30pm
    Assists telecommunication engineers in the design and analysis of telecommunication networks. Creates plans and drawings detailing the layout of routers, circuits, cables, switches, or other telecommunications equipment. Ensures network connectivity for end-users. May evaluate existing networks and recommend design changes to improve performance.

    • Responsible for any routine maintenance or operational task assigned.
    • General house-keeping of all maintenance areas including refrigeration system.
    • Routine inspections of all equipment including but not limited to: Building, Handling and Refrigeration equipment.
    • Limited use of computer control system for refrigeration equipment.

    Previous warehouse maintenance preferred but not required.


    • Working knowledge of electrical (PLC's relay logic and motor controls), hydraulics, mechanics and excellent troubleshooting skills.
    • Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints preferred but not required.

    • Lift up to 70lbs with assistance on an occasional basis
    • Use scanners, tablets, radio, phones, and other warehouse machinery
    • Ability to work overtime is an essential part of this position due to demand
    • Understand and follow verbal instruction, written instruction and company policies
    • Participate in staff and/or customer meetings if required.
    • Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process, and quality systems.
    • Identify and record any issues relating to product, processes and/or quality.
    • Verify the implementation of solutions.
    • Follow posted security procedures at all times while in the building.
    • Participate in Safety and Educational Training.

    Full-time employees not under contract are offered: If elected, Blue Cross Blue Shield after 30 days of service; Company Life Insurance; Job functions may vary based on area of operation.
