Description

daily activities of the on-site maintenance staff ensuring that priority workload is completed in a timely and proficient manner.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Developing and ensuring compliance with deferred maintenance programs;
Conducting periodic inspections of buildings and apartments for routine maintenance purposes including exterior and interior lighting, grounds, amenities and all common areas;
Ordering maintenance supplies with the approval of the Community Manager and maintaining adequate inventory to meet the property's needs;
Ensuring compliance of RP Management's policy of completing resident work order requests within a 2448 hour period;
Scheduling, coordinating and performing a wide range of technical maintenance and repair operations in turnovers, including but not limited to HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and appliances;
Maintaining grounds on a daily basis;
Maintaining and working a routine oncall emergency response schedule;
Performing snow removal as required by RP Management's policies and procedures;
Attending daily meetings with the Community Manager to set a priority work schedule;
Training and development of the onsite maintenance team as needed;
Maintaining required records such as material usage, time, production and other reports as required by RP Management's policy and procedures;
Maintaining equipment, storage and work areas in a clean and orderly condition; and
Ensuring compliance with RP Management's Accident and Illness Prevention Program.

Requirements:

HVAC certification and Valid Driver's License Required.

Compensation:

$22 / Hour - $27 / Hour + On Call Bonus Pay with benefits including PTO, medical & dental coverage and 401(k) with employer-matching contribution. Friendly, comfortable working environment.

Shift:
8:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday - Friday, Closed all major holidays
