Who are we looking for:

We are looking for an HR Associate Payroll (m/f/d) in full-time for our client, an internationally operating industrial company.


What you bring:


  • Completed commercial training, further training as a personnel specialist or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in payroll
  • Very good knowledge of wage tax, social security and collective bargaining law would be desirable
  • Proficient in using software (SAP R3/HR, MS Office, Service Now)
  • Strong team orientation, social skills, and communication and cooperation skills
  • Enjoy working with numbers
  • Good communication skills in English

The job:


  • Independent processing of a high volume of accounts, standard payroll processing (socalled A-Z accounts) and responsible for correct, timely and efficient payroll processing via the SAP R/3 HR system, taking into account applicable tax, social security, collective bargaining and company regulations in an agile work environment
  • Independent processing of standardized payroll processes or central tasks within Payroll & Time Management
  • Independent documentation
