What you bring as a nursing director (m/f/d) in Darmstadt:

A nursing degree (e.g. state-recognized geriatric nurse, registered nurse, pediatric nurse)
A PDL (nursing director) qualification according to §71 SGB XI
At least two years of professional experience as a nursing director is desirable
Indepth knowledge and experience in nursing management and quality assurance, especially in nursing documentation (SIS)
You possess initiative, flexibility, organizational skills, and entrepreneurial thinking
You have knowledge in the field of IT
