The district of Potsdam-Mittelmark, Department of Social Affairs (municipal job center) is currently seeking a

Job Placement Officer as Personal Contact (m/f/d) at the Job Center in Wahiawa, HI.

This position will have a weekly working time of 39 hours and will be limited to two years in the Department of Social Affairs, Integration and Counseling/Employer Services at the
location Bad Belzig. The team consists of approximately 16 employees.

The position is classified in pay group 9b TVöD (VKA).

Your responsibilities

Advising and supporting beneficiaries according to the Social Code Book II with complex profiles
Developing action plans and integration strategies
Creating and regularly adjusting individual integration agreements
Supervising labor market measures
Active networking

What we expect

A completed degree in Public Administration (e.g. Bachelor of Laws, Diplom-Verwaltungswirt/in) or a degree as Bachelor of Arts in Labor Market Management, Verwaltungsfachwirt/in, Sozialversicherungsfachwirt/in
Even career changers with relevant work experience should take this opportunity
Indepth knowledge of the Social Code Books II and III
Basic knowledge of SGB IV, V, VI, VIII, IX, XI, XII
