Are you an organized and hardworking individual with a passion for maintaining a clean and well-stocked store? Redbird, a leading company in Milwaukee, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Stock/Floor Associates.

As a Stock/Floor Associate at Redbird, you will ensure our shelves are well-stocked and our store remains neat and welcoming for our customers.


Responsibilities:


Stock Responsibilities:


  • Receive and unload incoming shipments of merchandise
  • Inspect shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies to management
  • Organize and store merchandise in designated storage areas
  • Restock shelves and displays with merchandise in an efficient and timely manner
  • Rotate stock to ensure older products are at the front for sale
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the stockroom

Floor Associate Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and locating merchandise
  • Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing
  • Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is properly labeled and priced
  • Assist with setting up promotional displays and signage
  • Monitor and report any damaged or missing merchandise
  • Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned by management to support store operations

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in retail, stocking, or a similar role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
